SQL Server 2014 SP3 and ESU on September 9, 2024;

Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 on October 10, 2023 (January 9, 2024 only for Azure);

Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2 on October 10, 2023*;

Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 on October 10, 2023.

*Support may be extended using Azure Arc and qualifying OS licensing (e.g., CSP subscription) with ESU subscription or by moving the server to Azure.
